About the Role

As a Finance and Admin Assistant at Network Finance, you will be the backbone of our Head Office, providing administrative support to senior management and visiting Board members while overseeing daily operations. With a unique blend of finance expertise and office administration skills, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our organization running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and office management support to the Head Office
  • Executive assistance to senior management and visiting Board members (travel, flights, meetings, and lunches)
  • Coordinate boardroom logistics
  • Greet clients and visitors. Manage ad hoc reception duties
  • Oversee cleaning staff, office facilities and general workplace operations
  • Support the finance team with bookkeeping and finance administration
  • Assist with finance and operational projects as required

Requirements

  • BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance (completed or in progress) – Seeking finance growth within a corporate environment
  • OR relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting / Business Administration with 5+ years’ experience in accounting
  • Exposure to finance and bookkeeping duties
  • Fluent Mandarin Speaking
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills and confident stakeholder interaction
  • Comfortable working in a small, high-accountability Head Office environment
