Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial management of operational departments, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with operations and senior leadership.
• Implementing and maintaining financial controls and compliance processes across operational units.
• Identifying and advising on cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across technical and service operations.
• Conducting regular variance analyses, identifying deviations from budgets, and recommending corrective actions.
• Supporting revenue assurance and working to mitigate revenue leakage risks in operational processes.

• Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Management Accounts & Budgeting: Lead the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts — providing financial insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Taxation & Compliance: Manage all aspects of tax planning, submissions, and compliance, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and group structures.
• Capital Expenditure (Capex) Management: Evaluate and track capital investments, ensuring effective ROI analysis, control, and alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Registered CA(SA) with 3–5+ years’ post-articles experience.
• Experience within FinTech, telecommunications, or technology-driven industries preferred.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and budgeting skills.
• Confident communicator with proven exposure to senior management and executive decision-making
• ERP Exposure in Navision or MS Dynamics
