Job Summary

This prestigious company is currently seeking a Group Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team in Johannesburg North. Duties:
- Lead the financial consolidation process for the entire group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of group financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting
- Manage and optimise the group’s financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
- Take the lead in financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to the executive team based on consolidated financial data.
- Collaborate closely with various business units and divisions to align financial reporting with group-wide objectives.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with a strong academic background and professional credentials.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a group-level financial consolidation and reporting role, ideally within a listed entity.
