• Oversee and manage the group’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and consolidation.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting across multiple entities.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering efficiency and professional development.
• Conduct financial analysis to support investment, development, and operational decisions.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage risk, working capital, and financial performance across the property portfolio.

 
Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
• Professional qualification preferred (CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, and property accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
