Job Summary
- Manage the onboarding of new business at underlying MANCO level.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure delivery of high-quality investment solutions.
- Handle client queries efficiently and timeously.
- Collaborate with project managers on technology changes and implementations.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding new applications.
- Engage with product/service providers on administrative tasks.
- Capture portfolio and investment data accurately.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Support regulatory reporting including SARB and Reg 28 requirements.
- Reconcile data between the investment admin platform and retirement fund asset managers.
- Contribute to process reviews and special projects.
- Submit daily trade files and resolve related queries.
- Assist the investment team in developing automated systems and processes.
- Utilize CRM and BI tools for effective client information management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in complaint resolution and product/service troubleshooting.
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions), Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Experience working with databases and research tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, client-centric approach
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent NQF qualification (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Solid time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong work ethic and initiative-driven mindset
