About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and optimising digital advertising accounts to ensure high-quality deliverables. If you have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and experience in digital advertising account management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, managing, and optimising digital advertising accounts to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Analyse campaign metrics, draw conclusions from data, and assist in creating summary reports for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding account performance and advertising strategy
- Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI
- Write compelling ad copy and assist with budget management and ROI analysis
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of digital advertising account management experience
- Certification: Must be certified in relevant advertising platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with major advertising platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software
- Data & CRM: Understand the importance of first-party data and how to connect advertising accounts to CRM solutions
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
