• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
• Monitor system performance using remote monitoring tools.
• Diagnose and repair faults in inverters, panels, and electrical components.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• N6 / National Diploma in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in solar PV maintenance and operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, DC/AC circuits, and fault-finding.
• Knowledge of inverter systems (e.g., SMA, Huawei, Fronius, Sungrow, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
• Wireman’s license or PV GreenCard certification (advantageous).
