We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support an independent music artist with a proven track record in the music industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience working within various facets of the music business, from managing schedules and communications to supporting creative projects and industry networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the artists calendar, including scheduling meetings, studio time, rehearsals, and travel arrangements
- Act as a communication liaison between the artist, management, promoters, record labels, and other industry professionals
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Support project timelines for music releases, video shoots, and promotional campaigns
