1. Maintain and manage accurate financial records for all properties within the portfolio.

2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
3.Reconcile bank accounts, rent rolls, and tenant ledgers to ensure accuracy.
4.Record and monitor rental income, service charges, and other property-related revenues.

1. Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments.
2. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for each property.

7.Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to resolve financial discrepancies.
8.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant property regulations.

1. Assist with year-end audits and provide support for tax preparation and financial analysis.

10.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• com degree accounting
• MDA
• 4 years relevant Property experience
