As A Researcher you will be expected to:

• Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
• Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for positions, often requiring skills in research, candidate sourcing, and communication
• Grow and maintain relationship with candidates
• Achieve targets
• Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry

 
Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics
• Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
• Experience in Recruitment/ Sales
• A track record of achievements
• An ambition to be the best version of yourself
