Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for various IT projects.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Conduct program and project management, providing oversight and direction to project teams.
- Present findings, progress, and outcomes to the EXCO team and other stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks to optimize project outcomes.
- Engage with retail industry projects, bringing your experience to bear on relevant initiatives.
Key
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum years as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- Proven experience in program and project management, with specific examples of past projects.
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects as a project manager.
- Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong ability to balance the dual roles of a BA and PM.
- Proficiency in presenting to executive committees (EXCO) with detailed examples.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies, with a preference for Agile.
