Job Summary
- Continuously maintain and improve reports and dashboards to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into effective data models, reporting solutions, and technical requirements.
- Design and implement advanced SQL queries across both normalized and star-schema database structures.
- Build and manage Power BI semantic models and develop insightful, interactive reports and dashboards.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure robust data architecture and maintain the integrity of data pipelines.
- Conduct thorough data validation across layers to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Lead the configuration and enforcement of data security protocols, including Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI.
- Design and maintain exception-based reporting and develop trend visualizations to support proactive decision-making.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption
Education:
- Min 5 years experience in Data analysis or BI Reporting
- Proficient in SQL and Dax (PowerBI)
- Strong experience in designing and maintaining data models and reporting environments
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and concepts (eg, Data lakes, CI/CD and modern data warehousing.
- Advance Excel capabilities including pivot tables, lookup functions and power query
