Company and Job Description:
As the Senior Financial Manager, you will be a key business partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, governance, and compliance across the group. This role carries significant people management responsibility, overseeing a team of finance professionals while ensuring best-in-class financial control and reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the end-to-end financial function
• Managing and developing a finance team of more than two direct reports
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting within a listed environment
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, JSE requirements, and corporate governance standards
• Group consolidations and reporting across multinational entities
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
• Managing audits, year-end processes, and liaison with external auditors

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:).

• CA (SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
• A minimum of 3 years’ management experience, with proven people leadership
• Listed company experience (essential)
• Strong exposure to multinational operations and group reporting
