Requirements
– BCom Accounting Degree
– Qualified CA(SA)
– Completed Articles
– 3–4 years post-articles experience
– FMCG industry exposure (high volume / low value advantageous)
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions
– Experience managing creditors, debtors, and balance sheet reconciliations
– Comfortable in a hands-on operational finance role
