What You’ll Do:

As a Site Engineer, you’ll be on the frontlines of delivering reliable, integrated technology in some of the most demanding industrial environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software (React), and network systems at remote mining sites.
• Performing on-site assessments and preparing environments for system rollouts.
• Troubleshooting technical issues across networks, hardware, and software layers.
• Integrating on-site systems with cloud platforms (AWS, SQL Server).
• Training end users and providing first-line support to ensure smooth system operation.
• Maintaining compliance with safety and mining regulations.
• Collaborating with product teams to deliver feedback from the field.
• Documenting installations, support actions, and system configurations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Site/Field Engineer or similar hands-on technical role.
• Strong skills in hardware setup, networking, and system integration.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and SQL Server.
• Experience with or interest in industrial IoT, telemetry, or mining systems (a plus).
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently at client sites, often in remote locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Networking, or IT.
• Familiarity with React for front-end application support.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of industrial automation or operational tech (OT) systems
• Exposure to mobile and edge computing in field environments
• Experience working in mining or industrial sectors
• Health & Safety certification (e.g., SAMTRAC or equivalent)
