Job Summary
Providing commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation services to occupiers in the office and industrial sector. Business development and marketing services to clients utilizing CRM tools, web, social media, and direct marketing channels to generate new opportunities. Working as part of a project team or individually to deliver real estate services. At all times upholding and promoting a good name and conducting business in an ethical manner. To collaborate and co-operate with management and team members and align with the company goals of providing clients with a superior level of service and growing the market share and revenue of the business. Requirements At least 5 years commercial real estate experience in transaction management or tenant representation with a demonstrated success track record Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce. PPRA Fidelity Fund certification A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment. Excellent communication skills, confidence and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre. A valid driving licence and own vehicle. On Offer Market related basic salary, dependent on experience. Commission / incentive bonuses. Mobile phone allowance. Additional corporate benefits, including pension and provident fund.
