About the Role

Tailormade Solution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As an administrative professional, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform adhoc tasks as required, including stock-taking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Provide exceptional telephone and email etiquette
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • 3 -4 years of experience as an Office Administrator
  • Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (Read, Speak, and Understand)
