About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions within a dynamic food science and beverage production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, supporting management and production teams, and ensuring smooth business operations across all departments, including finance, HR, compliance, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized working environment.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Handle correspondence, document control, and general administrative support to management and staff.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (digital and manual).
  • Assist with supplier and customer documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Liaise with accounting or finance departments for reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Support stock and materials management in collaboration with production and procurement teams.
  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety (FSSC/ISO/HACCP) and Health & Safety documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Preferred: Background or exposure to the food science/beverage/distillery/manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum 35 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of accounting basics and familiarity with ERP or accounting software.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field required.
