Job Summary
Minimum requirements for the role: A bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field is essential for this role . Previous (5) experience working in a senior commercial or operational role. Must have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, sales management, and partnership development. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business success. Must have excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading sales and commercial teams. Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence major customers and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial forecasting and margin optimisation. Previous experience in contract management and supplier negotiations.
