About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management, with a proven track record of success in operational management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and development of strategies within the division
- Ensure cost control
- Account for the divisional financial performance including budget planning and profitability
- Ensure compliance to SLAs and KPIs across contracts
- Ensure compliance to BCEA, LRA, OHSA, and company policies
- Partner with HR on talent management and workforce planning
- Lead and mentor regional and site managers across TES and Functional Outsourcing
- Act as the point of contact between operations and other divisions such as sales, HR, Finance, Compliance
- Use data analytics to monitor trends and improve operations
- Prepare reports on operational and financial indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management
- Minimum of 10 years experience in operational management
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Solid experience in Functional Outsourcing, warehousing solutions, and TES
- Proven knowledge of budgeting and managing profitability
- Understanding of blue collar employees

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management)
