About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators, overseeing project execution, and developing operational strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Developing and managing the annual operations budget, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery through robust quality assurance processes
- Identifying and mitigating operational and project risks to safeguard organizational integrity
- Preparing monthly and quarterly operational performance reports
- Collaborating with the finance team to prepare accurate forecasts and cost analyses
- Building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships to ensure access to cutting-edge technology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operational Management, or a related field
- ITIL Qualification
- Project Management Qualification
- 8+ years experience in operations management within the ICT sector
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, storage solutions, Client solution and cloud services
- Strong understanding of Dell, HP, Huawei, VMware, and Veeam operational requirements
