About the Role
The Operator role at our Johannesburg facility is a critical position that requires attention to detail and adherence to quality management procedures. As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring products are filled and packaged according to specifications, while also conducting daily cleaning tasks and executing GMP-related activities on the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and review all relevant quality documentation
- Conduct short interval checks consistently
- Report any quality deviations to the Line Leader
- Assist in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis
- Perform daily machine inspections and report deviations
- Ensure all machines are correctly locked out when required
- Execute GMP-related activities on the production line
- Follow proper line clearance procedures during changeovers
- Operate machinery only when properly trained
- Use appropriate PPE at all times
Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics
- Technical qualification (NQF Level 46)
- Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, and HACCP standards
