About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Clerk to join our team in Kempton Park, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, including data entry, verification, and fulfillment
- Source products from suppliers and negotiate prices as needed
- Process internal sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Multitask, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of projects to meet deadlines
- Utilize computer systems and general administration tools to streamline processes
- Solve problems and make informed decisions in a process-driven environment
