Roldoel
Ons is op soek na n bekwame en ervare PLC Tegnikus met kundigheid in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA-stelsels, en industrile outomatisering. Die pos behels installasie, programmering, foutopsporing en instandhouding van beheerstelsels om prosesbetroubaarheid en doeltreffendheid te verseker.
Hoofverantwoordelikhede
Stelselinstallasie en Ingebruikneming
- Installeer en konfigureer PLCs en verwante beheerstelsels soos SCADA en HMI.
- Werk saam met ingenieurspanne tydens projekuitrol en ingebruikneming.
Programmering en Konfigurasie
- Skryf en optimaliseer PLC-kodes (bv. Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
- Integreer sensors, aandrywers en ander beheerstelsels met prosesmasjinerie.
Foutopsporing en Instandhouding
- Spoor foutkodes en bedryfsprobleme op via sagteware en diagnostiese gereedskap.
- Voer voorkomende instandhouding uit op outomatiseringstelsels.
- Stel verslaggewing oor foute, herstel en opgraderings op.
Voldoening en Dokumentasie
- Verseker alle werk voldoen aan industriestandaarde en veiligheidregulasies.
- Hou akkurate dokumentasie van programmering, konfigurasies en tegniese veranderings.
Requirements
Minimum Vereistes
- NQF Vlak 5/6 in Outomatisering, Elektriese Ingenieurswese of soortgelyk
- Sertifisering of opleiding in Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs is n sterk voordeel
- Minimum 3 jaar ondervinding in n outomatiseringsrol of vervaardigingsomgewing
- Vaardigheid in SCADA/HMI sagteware, bv. WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition
- Goeie kennis van industrile netwerke (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
