Job Description

Product Compliance Engineer Johannesburg-East Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science 5–7 years’ experience in product compliance, approvals, or certification within electronics/software R&D or manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Office (Jira a plus); high computer literacy. Experience with explosive environments/functional safety (IEC 61508) is advantageous. Responsibilities: Manage the full product approvals lifecycle from kick-off to certification. Compile and maintain Technical Construction Files for approval applications. Act as primary contact with test labs and homologation partners. Prepare and submit applications for new and existing products. Communicate test results to engineering for design improvements. Document and archive all reports, submissions, and certificates. Provide status updates to stakeholders and technical support for approvals.
