The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel and work after hours are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate project schedules and ensure timely execution

• Coordinate resources, including materials and contractors

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders

• Manage project documentation and administrative tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges

• Conduct site management, including site visits and meetings

• Oversee Health & Safety compliance on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator, preferably in retail and restaurant construction

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Computer literacy

• Willingness to travel within Southern Africa

• Availability to work after hours when required

• Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
