About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for creating project plans and specifications in high standard quality, ensuring effective management of projects from A to Z, and maintaining adequate inventory of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope and assigning team members to specific tasks
  • Prepare the Master Project Plan
  • Prepare the Project Schedule based on contract terms
  • Review project plans and specifications in terms of highest quality standards
  • Quality of Work
  • Budgetary estimation and comparison with actual expenditure
  • Budget Analysis
  • Tracking Progress at Weekly, Monthly targets
  • Tracking Progress
  • Coordinating with consultant & vendor for finalizing technical specification
  • Technical Specifications
  • Study contract documents and prepare job instruction as well as project specific procedures
  • Study & review Contracts
  • Coordinating with Client, Vendor, Sub vendor, Engineering, Procurement & Construction teams
  • Following up the Deadlines
  • Monitor safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced
  • Safety Implementation

Requirements

  • Tank maintenance experience is mandatory
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
