About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a Quality Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture daily figures and data.
- Prepare reports for customers.
- Schedule and follow through on production orders and their progress.
- Maintain quality management system documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing quality processes.
- Proficiency in operating and utilizing measuring equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity in repetitive task environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data capture and reporting.
- Competence in relevant software applications for data analysis and quality management system documentation (e.g., Microsoft Excel, specialized QMS software).
- Possession of reliable personal transportation.
