Johannesburg: Rental Administrator

Job Description

About the role To support the rental department with administrative and coordination tasks related to rental equipment, contracts, and customer documentation. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and filing rental agreements. Capture rental information on internal systems. Track equipment movement and availability (admin support only). Assist with invoicing documentation and record-keeping. Liaise with internal teams regarding rental documentation. General office and administrative support. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email). Good communication skills. Advantageous Exposure to rental, logistics, or customer service environments. Administrative qualification or experience. Key Competencies Customer-focused mindset. Organised and reliable. Ability to work under supervision. Willingness to learn about rental operations.
