Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Business or Financial Degree or Diploma
- 2+ years’ experience within the financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities:
- Full function sales duties (generating and following up on leads)
- All forms of sales and client interaction as required from time to time
- Site visits to clients
- Travelling to build a brand and improve sales
- Attending social and networking events, which may require attendance at after-hours
- Gathering and analysing information on transactions
- Engaging with credit committee members to prepare transactions
- Managing clients throughout the engagement process, the contract period and repayment
- All administrative duties and/or ancillary tasks in respect of the employee’s position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
- Proven closing skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong product knowledge and ability to present solutions confidently
- Good business and financial acumen (understanding margins, pricing, and profitability)
- Effective time management and self-motivation in a target-driven environment
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Sound administrative and reporting ability (CRM updates, quotes, call reports)
