Job Description
A Vehicle Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and advise on suitable vehicles
– Vehicle Demonstrations: Showcase vehicle features, take test drives, and compare models
– Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate prices, discuss financing options, and close deals
– Customer Service: Provide support before, during, and after sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
– Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue growth
Essential Skills:
– Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and customer service skills
– Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
– Sales and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers and close deals
– Time Management: Organize customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
Qualifications:
– Education: Grade 12
– Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
– Licenses: Valid driver’s license
