About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & New Business Development Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our salon and SPA brand sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client engagement and promotional events
  • Confidently close deals and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Build good rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Utilize sales apps and computer software, including MS Excel, to manage sales data and track progress

Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Based centrally in Johannesburg with ease of access to outlining areas including the North-West Province
  • Reliable car with insurance & valid driver’s license
  • Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree / Certification) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
  • Active Business 2 Business SALES experience within SPA, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries

Salary & Benefits

  • R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month – guaranteed
  • Company Petrol Card for business traveling
  • Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
  • Product allowance (monthly)
  • Airtime & Data allowance (monthly)
  • Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% – 10%)
  • Sales Incentives Bonuses earned on new accounts opened
  • Commission earned on facial devices (independent of product sales)
