Manage back office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support. Assist with daily sales management tasks. Track and meet deadlines effectively. Handle returns from the sales team, ensuring proper packaging and documentation. Arrange courier services for uplifting consignments. Answer incoming calls and direct queries to the appropriate team members. Perform general office duties as needed. Facilitate marketing feedback and support related initiatives. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in back office operations. Knowledge of sales processes and techniques. Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Fully computer literate and capable of adapting to new software quickly.
