About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient, and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on autonomy and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Actively source potential customers and effectively sell the business’s products and services to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of the sales pipeline, including customer details, deal status, and next steps.
Provide regular updates (weekly or twice-weekly) on sales activities and pipeline status.
Manage your own schedule and sales activities in a self-sufficient manner, while remaining accountable for results.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience is required.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent time management abilities.

Qualifications

A demonstrably successful track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
