About the Role
As a Sales Transformation Consultant with Tower Group, you will play a critical role in driving sales transformation and growth across various business units. You will work closely with Regional Sales Heads, managing public sector top-level interactions to increase new business opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and implementing quick solutions to mitigate threats to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidating sales reports and gap to target
- Run sales cadence and ensure follow-through to all action plans
- Ensure vetting and quality check of the sales pipeline and conversion
- Assist with assessing current Sales infrastructure and improving processes where needed to achieve targets
- Plan, analyze, and report on data whilst formulating Revenue strategy
- Develop sales gap plans both proactive and reactive (i.e., plan ahead or strategy to respond to competitors)
- Suggest future-ready plans
- Recommend new technologies, ways of working, and sales management initiatives while driving sustainable growth
- Improve overall customer experience
- Assist with Engagement strategy by analyzing client interactions with a more focused and effective plan around engagement, interaction, hosting, and building and strengthening relationships
- Strategize around new business, retaining business, and bespoke loyalty platforms
- Manage Regional Sales Heads and drive Sales and Revenue
- Manage the Public Sector top-level to increase new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends for purposes of improving business
- Monitor competition and implement quick solutions when threats to business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience
