About the Role
Tower Group is seeking an experienced Sales Transformation Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and transforming our sales infrastructure to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with Regional Sales Heads and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage the public sector top-level team, and drive engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate sales reports and gap analysis to target
- Run sales cadence and ensure follow-through to all action plans
- Ensure vetting and quality check of the sales pipeline and conversion
- Assist with assessing current Sales infrastructure and improving processes where needed to achieve targets
- Plan, analyze, and report on data whilst formulating Revenue strategy
- Develop sales gap plans both pro-active and re-active
- Suggest future-ready plans
- Suggest new technologies, ways of working, and sales management initiatives whilst driving sustainable growth
- Improve overall customer experience
- Assist with Engagement strategy – Look at client interactions with a more focused and effective plan around engagement, interaction, hosting, and building and strengthening relationships
- Strategize around new business, retaining business, and bespoke loyalty platforms
- Project manage sales initiatives and projects
- Assist with Operating Model transformation
- Explore cross-vertical selling and implementing a One-Vodacom strategy
- Manage Regional Sales Heads and drive Sales and Revenue
- Manage the Public Sector top-level in order to increase new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends for purposes of improving business
- Monitor competition and implement quick solutions when threats to business
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
