Johannesburg: Scaffolding Chargehands

Responsibilities: Assist the Supervisor in leading scaffolding teams. Allocate work to Fixers and ensure tasks are done correctly. Inspect scaffolding materials and report defects. Ensure safe erection and dismantling as per site requirements. Maintain productivity and ensure compliance with standards. Minimum Requirements: Valid Chargehand/Scaffolding Skills Certificate. 2-3 years experience in scaffolding operations. Ability to read and interpret basic drawings. Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
