Job Description

A catering company with an upmarket contract situated within schools and private universities seeks an experienced Catering Manager with:- Matric & relevant catering qualification Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering – school experience would be a solid advantage. Must have managed a team of between 7 people previously. Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement. Must currently be holding a Catering Management role at a upmarket unit, they are not looking for a chef. Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality. An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
