About the Role
HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our client’s team in Johannesburg suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a catering unit within schools and private universities, ensuring high-quality products and services while maintaining excellent controls and hygiene standards.
