About the Role

Telebest is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Vendor or Horizontal Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving the enrichment of internal capability, securing strategic partnerships, and implementing business growth initiatives. With 8+ years of experience in an area of specialization, coupled with supervising or managing others, we are looking for a seasoned professional who can lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy implementation.
Lead the Vendor or Horizontal Partnership function by leveraging the company brand and industry standards to secure the company as a partner of choice.
Manage vendor or horizontal partnerships.
Drive project management.
Monitor and track project progress by coordinating the project activities and aligning external and internal stakeholders.
Govern governance and risk management.
Manage compliance to partnership rules of engagement and contractual obligations.
Contribute towards revenue, budget, and cost management.

Requirements

3+ years tertiary degree.
Relevant certification with a professional body as required.
8+ years experience in an area of specialization coupled with supervising or managing others.
Sales and service development experience- essential.
An understanding of partner lifecycle management- essential.
Previously worked across diverse cultures and geographies would be advantageous.
