About the Role
Print Outsource International is seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer – POSM Specialist to join our well-established Point of Sale Materials & built environment design team. To create visually appealing and effective Point of Sale Materials (POSM) that promote multiple FMCG brands in our stable of clients, we require a skilled professional with a strong portfolio of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation and creation for POSM displays for the retail and wholesale environments.
- Built environments including event solutions and shop fitting.
- Instore visual representation of POSM. (animation ability is a bonus)
- Ability to conceptualise, model, texture and render a campaign in isolation.
- Ability to take conceptual designs to finished print ready artwork.
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
- Ability to take criticism and direction from the creative director.
- PC or Mac Literate.
- Problem solve and be self-starting.
- Mature enough to self-monitor times, check your own work and maintain consistency.
- Work quickly, juggling multiple accounts and tasks at the same time.
Requirements
- At least 8 years relevant experience in developing world class POSM design solutions.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite Essential – Photoshop, Illustrator. Advantages – After Effect and/ InDesign.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, PDF and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of polygon-based modelling software (Preferably Cinema 4D).
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
- Able to take criticism and direction from the creative director.
- PC or Mac Literate.
- You will be expected to problem solve and be self-starting.
- You will need to be mature enough to self-monitor times, check your own work and maintain consistency.
- You will be expected to work quickly, juggling multiple accounts and tasks at the same time.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- BA Degree, N Dip, equivalent in Creative Brand Communications – Graphic Design, Art Direction
- Fine Arts, Marketing, Animation qualifications (advantageous)
- Degree MUST be from a reputable and internationally recognised institution.
