About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Portfolio Manager (Industrial) to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a large portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a large portfolio of industrial properties
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and expense control
- Develop and implement strategies to adapt to changing property market trends
- Provide expert advice on commercial property management and lease agreements
- Lead and manage a team of property managers
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12
- Business or property-related tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Registration valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) with compliance in terms of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
