About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Johannesburg, driving revenue growth and expanding our premium brand presence in the retail, property development, and fitness industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for retail, property development, and fitness markets
- Identify high-value opportunities and drive market penetration
- Build a structured growth plan aligned with our premium brand positioning
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
- Establish and manage executive-level relationships with retail buyers, developers, and fitness group decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts
- Develop sector-specific value propositions and tailored solutions
- Maintain strong client retention and account expansion strategies
- Own full sales pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Drive high-margin sales aligned to business objectives
Requirements
- Matric
- 510 years B2B sales experience
- Proven success in retail, property development, or fitness industries
- Strong experience managing high-value and strategic accounts
- Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Self-driven, structured, and target-oriented

- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
