About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions using C#/.net/ASP.Net and TypeScript 5 years Azure Data Factory design pipelines. You will work on creating and maintaining APIs for seamless system communication and third-party service integration, as well as developing user-friendly dashboards for internal and client-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features for Debtors Management and Financial Reporting systems
Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using C#/.net/ASP.Net and TypeScript
Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain existing software solutions
Create and maintain APIs for seamless system communication and third-party service integration
Design, develop, and deploy dashboards for internal and client-facing applications

Requirements

5 years of experience in software development using C#/.net/ASP.Net and TypeScript
Experience with Azure Data Factory design pipelines (designing new pipelines, not just modifying existing ones)
Pipelines orchestration of data workflows/Copy Activity/Data Flow (Mapping Data Flows)/Lookup/Stored Procedure/Web Activity/Linked Services connecting to SQL Server/Azure SQL/REST APIs/Blob Storage/Data Lake Datasets
Schema-aware vs schema-on-read experience in data integration and ETL
Experience with API & REST integration via Azure Data Factory Design
Working in Agile environments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
