About the Role
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of an allocated site, including warehouse operations, office administration, information systems, and customer service delivery. This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, cost control, people management, and client satisfaction, while supporting strategic objectives at cluster level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse, distribution, and site operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory control, order fulfillment, and value-added services.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for key clients and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular client performance reviews and present operational reports.
- Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly Management Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Lead, motivate, and develop site teams including supervisors, warehouse operatives, and administrative staff.
- Manage workforce planning, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Manage outsourced labour and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management
