Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client, a well-established property development company specializing in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential projects, is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in construction management to oversee projects and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

Manage materials, resources, and logistics to optimize workflow.

Address and resolve any site issues or delays proactively.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 5 years` experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction sector.

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
