Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on salary formats and structures, including market-related packages and incentive schemes.
- Coordinate with internal payroll teams to ensure smooth processing for contractors and temporary staff.
- Facilitate interviews, offer negotiations, and smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, technologies, and relevant labour regulations.
Requirements:
- BA-related qualification (preferable).
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, LRA, and payroll compliance.
- Understanding of contracting models and associated HR/legal implications.
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking and market-related compensation formats.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with both clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical and legislative concepts.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
