? Experience and Skills Required:
– CA(SA) – Fully qualified

– ERP and Excel wizardry (BI tools = bonus points)
– Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics highly advantageous
– A strategic thinker with a love for details and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                               

• Full responsibility for group and subsidiary financial reporting (IFRS-compliant).
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Consolidations and commentary for listed entity reports.
• Liaison with auditors and ensuring audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and systems.
• Leadership and management of a small finance team.

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified CA(SA) – non-negotiable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role.
• Proven experience in financial reporting within a listed environment or group structure.
• SAP experience – essential and non-negotiable.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and deadline driven.
