Johannesburg: Stores Assistant

Job Title: Stores Assistant Report to: Operations Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 3 yrs exp) Type: Contractor Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. 2-3 years experience in a similar stores/warehousing environment. Experience using QuickEasy (advantageous) or any ERP system. Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word). Strong attention to detail. Clear criminal record. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching stock and materials. Ensure accurate binning, labelling, and stock rotation. Perform daily stock checks and assist with monthly stock counts. Capture and update stock movements on QuickEasy or ERP system. Maintain clean, organised, and safe store areas. Assist with picking and packing according to job cards or production requirements. Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Support Stores Supervisor with general warehouse duties.
