Johannesburg: Stores Assistant / Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities: Stores Duties Receive, check and record stock from suppliers. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer and internal orders. Process Delivery Notes (DNs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), invoices and purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock levels, manage bin locationn and assist with cycle counts and annual stock takes. Support technicians, engineers and customers with spare part requests. Maintain housekeeping and organization in stores and reception areas. Delivery Duties: Safely operate company vehicles, completing daily inspection checks. Deliver and collect goods, equipment and documentation as required. Obtain signed Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure goods are handled with care. Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy and service logs updated. Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with staff and customers. Health & Safety Follow company and road safety procedures at all times. Use correct manual handling techniques. Adhere to PPE and safety compliance standards. Performance Expectations Be punctual and clock in by 07h30 daily. Conduct daily vehicle checks before departure. Submit Proof of Delivery immediately after each delivery. Report any delivery delays or issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized store and vehicle. Ensure all deliveries and stock activities are completed accurately and on time. Provide professional service and support across both stores and delivery functions.
