Johannesburg: Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the full supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. Manage local and international orders, ensuring supplier timelines, delivery accuracy, and cost efficiency. Monitor stock levels, forecast material requirements, and ensure optimal inventory availability. Work closely with suppliers to track orders, obtain quotations, and manage lead times. Coordinate inbound shipments, customs documentation, and delivery scheduling. Maintain accurate records and documentation for stock, shipments, and supplier performance. Improve supply chain processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, projects, and warehouse operations. Prepare reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and supply chain KPIs. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations , or a related field. 35 years’ experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management. Experience within the electrical, energy, solar, or technical product environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel , inventory systems, and ERP platforms. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
