Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure environments.
• Provision and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Deploy and manage backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).
• Conduct regular system checks, patch management, and performance tuning.
• Handle Level-3 escalations from the NOC and Service Desk teams.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, client migrations, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including system configurations and access logs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 46 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Administrator in an MSP environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Server environments, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with hybrid and cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, or VMware VCP are advantageous.
• Strong multitasking skills, effective communication with clients, and thorough documentation habits.
