Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Sourcing Specialist to join the HR team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group. This exciting role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for the groups iconic properties, helping to build strong teams that deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Purpose of the Role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisations people strategy by:

Proactively sourcing top talent across multiple channels

Building robust talent pipelines for current and future roles

Enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience

Supporting the business in reducing time-to-fill and improving quality of hire

? Key Responsibilities

Source and pipeline candidates via career pages, job boards, social media, referrals, and agents

Execute sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles

Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, and manage candidate engagement

Ensure consistent and professional communication with all candidates

Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS (Apply Below)

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategy

Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand

Ensure compliance with EE legislation and internal recruitment policies

Support managers with shortlisting, interview coordination, and process improvements

? Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (hospitality or luxury industries advantageous)

Proven ability to source passive candidates & manage high-volume recruitment

Familiarity with ATS platforms (Apply Below, LinkedIn, Job Boards)

Strong MS Office 365 skills (formatting accuracy essential)

Canva/design skills (advantageous)
